Eligibility

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Videos and Billing

Videos are required to generate content. Memberships may be billed monthly or yearly. Video packs are one-time purchases. Purchases and billing are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. You must have rights to any images you submit.

User-Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of your uploads. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the service.

Generated Content

Outputs are generated by AI and may vary. You are responsible for how you use the results. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.

Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadaah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
