Credits and Billing

Credits are required to generate content. Subscriptions are billed yearly and credits expire at the end of the billing period. Purchases and billing are processed by Stripe.

You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. You must have rights to any images you submit.

Generated Content

Outputs are generated by AI and may vary. You are responsible for how you use the results. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadaah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
